The Klocker Residence is a unique row-boathouse residence located in a secluded harbor basin where the Rocky River empties into Lake Erie. The 1,900ft² home is 20ft wide, on three levels. It is accessible by land/auto on one side and by boat on the other. The front portion of the residence, the dwelling, has primary living spaces facing the river. The back portion is a two-story boathouse, roof terrace and pool, accessible from the master bedroom.
